To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights and safety of Nohi and our users.

With AI Agents: Product listing data, seller profiles, and transaction details are shared with AI Agents that interact with the Platform. This is fundamental to the operation of the marketplace.

With Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

With Business Partners: We may share aggregated, anonymized data with partners for research, marketing, or analytical purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.

For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
